My number was ported out without authorization
Last updated: April 3, 2026
If your phone has suddenly lost service, or you've received a notification about a number transfer you didn't request, contact support immediately — this may be an unauthorized port-out.
Signs this may have happened
- Sudden loss of calls and texts with no explanation
- An alert about a successful transfer you didn't initiate
- You can no longer log in to your mobile account
- Others report receiving calls or messages as if from your number
What to do immediately
- Contact support now — we can investigate, freeze the account, and begin recovery
- Secure any linked accounts — phone numbers are often used for two-factor authentication; change passwords and disable SMS-based 2FA on important accounts (banking, email) as a precaution
- File a report with your local authorities if you believe this is fraud
We treat unauthorized port-outs as a security incident and will prioritize recovery.
