My invoice is missing or incorrect

If you haven't received an invoice, or the invoice contains incorrect information, here's what to check.
Where to find your invoices
In the app under Account, Billing, or Payment history. If not there, check whether a billing confirmation email was sent to your account email address.
Invoice not received
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Confirm the email address on your account is correct
- Check the billing section in the app — invoices may be available there even if the email wasn't delivered
Invoice shows the wrong amount
- Check whether a pro-rated charge applies — if you changed plans mid-cycle your invoice may include a partial charge
- If the amount still appears incorrect, raise it through the app with the invoice date and the amount you expected
Invoice needed for tax or expense purposes
Raise it through the app. Include the billing period, the amount, and what information you need included.
