I think my account has been accessed without my permission

Last updated: April 3, 2026

If you believe someone else has accessed your account or made changes without your knowledge, act quickly.

Step 1 — Change your password immediately (if email/password login)

  • Open the app → Account or Security → Change password → set a new strong password
  • If you can't log in because details were already changed, use the Forgot password option or OTP login to regain access

Step 2 — Check your account for unauthorised changes

  • Your registered email address — has it been changed?
  • Your payment method — has a different card been added?
  • Your subscription — has anything been cancelled, changed, or added?
  • Your eSIM — has a new profile been issued or an existing one transferred?

Step 3 — Secure your email account

Your email inbox is the key to your account. Change your email password immediately and enable two-factor authentication if you haven't already.

Step 4 — Report it through the app

Once secured, report what happened. Include what changes you noticed and approximately when the access occurred.

If an eSIM profile appears to have been transferred or issued without your knowledge, report this urgently. This type of attack (sometimes called a SIM swap) can be used to intercept SMS two-factor authentication codes.
