How to redeem a discount or voucher

If you have a promo code, discount code, or voucher, here's how to apply it.
At checkout
Most codes must be applied at the time of purchase. Look for a Promo code, Discount, or Voucher field during checkout and enter your code before completing payment.
After purchase
Some vouchers or credits can be applied to your account after purchase. Open the app → go to billing or account settings → look for a Redeem code or Apply voucher option.
If your code isn't working
- Check it hasn't expired — most promo codes have a validity window
- Make sure you're entering it exactly as it was given (codes are case-sensitive)
- Confirm the code applies to the plan you're purchasing — some are plan-specific or region-specific
- Check whether the code has already been used
If your code should be valid but still isn't applying, contact support with the code and where you received it.
