eSIM Access Not Received
Last updated: April 3, 2026
If you haven't received your QR code or eSIM setup instructions, here's what to check before contacting support.
Check your email
Your QR code or setup link is sent to the email address on your account.
- Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder
- Search for emails from the app or service you signed up with
- Make sure the email address on your account is correct — you can check under Account or Profile settings in the app
Request a new QR code
If the email is not there or the QR code has expired (codes expire after approximately 3 days):
- Open the app and go to your plan or subscription
- Look for a Get eSIM, Set up eSIM, or Activate option
- A new code will be generated and sent to your email, or displayed directly in the app
Install directly from the app
Some apps support tap-to-install, which means you do not need a QR code at all:
- Open the app on the device you want to activate the eSIM on
- Follow the in-app prompts to install directly
If none of the above works, contact support through the app and include your subscription or order reference.
