My eSIM is expired
Last updated: April 3, 2026
If you tried to install your eSIM and got an "expired" or "invalid" error, the QR code or activation link has passed its validity window, or the profile was already used on another device.
Quick checks first
- Check if you've already installed this eSIM on another device — each profile can only be used once
- Look for an expiry notice in the email or app where you received the QR code
- If you recently factory reset your device, the original code may no longer be valid
How to get a replacement
Contact support with your subscription details. We can issue a new eSIM profile to replace the expired one. Have your account details ready and let us know which device you'll be installing it on.
eSIM profiles typically expire after 30–90 days from issue. If you received your QR code a while ago and haven't installed it yet, this is likely the cause.
