I have no mobile data

If you have signal but no data connection, or your data has stopped working entirely, work through these steps.
Check the basics first
- Confirm mobile data is turned on: Settings → Cellular / Mobile data → toggle on
- Toggle airplane mode off and on to reset the connection
- Restart your device
Check your plan
- Open the app and confirm your subscription is Active — not expired or paused
- Check whether you've reached your data allowance for the cycle — see What happens when I run out of data?
Check APN settings (Android)
An incorrect APN can prevent data from working even when everything else looks fine. Contact support for the correct APN values for your plan if needed.
If you have an eSIM
Make sure your eSIM is set as the active line for mobile data. See My eSIM settings are misconfigured and Dual-SIM Conflict.
