I can't reactivate my subscription

If your plan expired or was paused and you're trying to restart it but it's not working, here's what to check.
Check what happened to the subscription
- Paused — you should be able to resume from the app under your subscription or plan details
- Expired — you may need to purchase a new plan rather than reactivate the old one
- Cancelled — a fully cancelled subscription cannot be reactivated; you'll need a new plan
- Payment failed — if a renewal failed, you need to update your payment method and retry
Update your payment method first
If reactivation is failing at the payment step, check that your card details are current and the billing address matches. See How do I update my payment method?
If the option to reactivate isn't appearing
Try refreshing the app or logging out and back in. If it still doesn't appear, contact support — some subscription states require manual intervention to restore.
