How do I set up call forwarding?

Call forwarding redirects incoming calls to another number — always, or only under certain conditions.

iPhone

  • Settings → Phone → Call Forwarding → turn on → enter the number to forward to
  • Note: iPhone settings only expose forward-all. For conditional forwarding use MMI codes below.

Android

  • Phone app → three-dot menu or Settings → Calls → Call forwarding
  • Select the condition (Always / When busy / When unanswered / When unreachable) and enter the number

Dial these from your Phone app dial pad. Replace [number] with the full number including country code.
