Call forwarding isn't working

Use this when call forwarding isn't saving, isn't taking effect, or stops working unexpectedly.
Step 1 — Use an MMI code instead of the settings menu
Device settings for call forwarding can behave inconsistently across OS versions. Try setting forwarding directly from your dial pad:
- Forward all calls: **21*[number]#
- Forward when unanswered: **61*[number]#
- Cancel all forwarding: ##004#
Step 2 — Restart your device after making a change
Step 3 — Check you're not roaming
Call forwarding behaviour can change when you're abroad. Some roaming configurations restrict forwarding to numbers in a different country. If forwarding stopped when you travelled, raise it through the app.
MMI code returns an error or no response
Call forwarding may not be provisioned on your plan. Raise it through the app.
