How do I upgrade or change my plan?

You can change your plan from within the app. Available plans depend on your provider and current offering.

How to change your plan

  • Open the app → My Plan, Subscription, or Account
  • Select Change plan, Upgrade, or Explore plans
  • Review the available plans and select the one you want
  • Confirm — you will see a summary of when it takes effect and what you will be charged

When does the change take effect?

In most cases at the start of your next billing cycle. Your current plan continues until your renewal date.

Will I lose my remaining data if I change plans?

Unused data from your current cycle is typically not carried over. Your new plan's allowance starts fresh.

I cannot see any plan options in the app

Your current plan may be the only one available to you, or plan changes may be managed by your provider rather than directly in the app.
