My eSIM was deleted — can I reinstall it?
Last updated: April 3, 2026
Yes. When an eSIM profile is deleted from a device it cannot be recovered from the device itself — a new profile needs to be issued. Deleting an eSIM from your device does not cancel your subscription.
What to do
- Open the app and go to your subscription or plan details
- Look for Replace eSIM, Get new QR code, or Reinstall eSIM
- Once a new profile is issued, install it using the QR code or manual activation code
Will I lose my phone number or remaining data?
No. Your phone number stays the same. Your subscription and any remaining data balance are unaffected. A new profile simply reconnects you to the same plan.
I did a factory reset
A factory reset removes all eSIM profiles. Request a new profile as described above. Your subscription is held in your account, not on the device.
