You can reactivate and keep the same phone number as long as you reactivate within 60 days of canceling. After 60 days have passed, you'll need to create a new subscription with a new SIM card and phone number.

To reactivate within 60 days, please:

  1. Log into your Gigs Connect account using the same email address you used for the original subscription.

  2. Click ‘Add a Plan’. Underneath the header ‘Your SIMs’, you’ll see a list of existing SIM cards. Simply select your existing SIM and then follow the steps to create a new subscription.

  3. When you’re prompted to choose a phone number, please select “Get New Phone Number”.

  4. The system will automatically re-allocate the phone number you had with your original subscription.
